THE MAN

"JERRY"

For as long as I can remember, my father Jerry has dreamed of taking a road trip on the original Route 66. He is a 30-year federal worker, and veteran, who is now retired. When he told me he was actually going to attempt this monsterous trip this year, I could hardly believe it at first.

Originally from Montana then to Portland, Oregon, where I was born, and my family still resides. My father is a hard working individual, with many hobbies. One of them is working on classic cars, and he enjoys all things that represent the 1950s. It is his dream to take this trip, and I am fortunate that he has invited me to document it, which I will be doing on this Blog. I live in New York now, and will be meeting him in at the beginning of Route 66 in Chicago. We hope you follow us and enjoy our adventures too.
